Privacy

Short version: this site has no accounts, no lead forms, no advertising cookies and no analytics tracking. The only thing it stores is the text of a conversation you choose to have with the assistant on the English pages.

What this site does not collect

• No account, no registration, no newsletter, no contact form, no lead form.
• No advertising networks, no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels.
• No third-party analytics. The site sets no behavioural or audience-tracking tags.
• No special-category data of any kind.

What is stored

The English pages offer an assistant you can talk to about entry routes and visa classes. When you send a message, the text of that message and of the assistant's reply are stored so the conversation can continue and so the assistant can be operated. There is no lead capture: nothing is passed to an adviser, no contact details are requested, and no message is used to enrol you in anything.

The assistant is not available as a web chat on the Simplified Chinese pages. Those pages link to a WeChat customer service channel instead. If you open it and send a message, the message reaches the same assistant through WeChat's customer service system; the text of the conversation and the WeChat display name that WeChat passes along are stored so the conversation can be answered. Nothing is collected unless you open that channel and write to it, and it does not ask for contact details.

Server logs

Like any web server, the hosting layer keeps ordinary request logs — request time, path, status code and a truncated network address — for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not joined to any account, are not used to build a profile, and are not used for advertising.

Third parties

Pages link to government sources. Those links do not send any data to this site, and visiting them places you under that body's own policies, not ours. The site does not embed third-party advertising, tracking or payment code.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. Any technical storage required to serve a page is limited to what is needed to deliver the page.

This site is published by the Arrivau team, which is also the controller for the data described here.
